HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Once payment is made, your order will be processed, packaged & dispatched within 1-3 working days & you should receive your order within 2-3 working days. Please note that we make use of an external courier company. With COVID 19 & courier companies not always running at full capacity, please be patient and allow for additional time

 

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR STOCK?

Currently on our online store and various markets that take place throughout the year. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook for all our upcoming markets

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICES/ CONSIDER STOCKING SMALL BOUTIQUES?

We love exclusivity and individuality and therefore offer small quantities of each item/ design. We therefore cannot always offer large quantities for stockists. But we are always open to chat hello@thesisterco.co.za

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

• We do not offer a refund unless the item is faulty
• For hygiene reasons we do not allow exchanges or refunds on earrings, unless the item is faulty
• All exchanges / refunds need to be logged within 7 days
• Please note that there will be a courier cost for any exchanges (unless the item is faulty)
• Clothing items will only be exchanged if the garment is returned in its original condition (example: no makeup residue, unworn & unwashed)
• All orders are packaged with the utmost care & individually checked for any flaws. We may have missed something - let us know within 7 days & we will gladly exchange for a new one where stock is available

CARING FOR YOUR ACCESSORIES:

 Costume jewellery will loose its colour with wear and tear. To make it last longer and to care for your items, keep away from the below:

• Water
• Perfume
• Make up
• Harsh chemicals
• Cleaning products

*remove when exercising

 

GOLD PLATED:

Some of our items are gold plated which means that a coat of gold is placed over a lesser metal like brass. It is a thin plating and the item will still loose its colour with wear and tear, but it lasts longer than non-gold-plated items

 

CLAY EARRING CARE:

• wipe away make up or dust using a damp cloth or wet wipe
• keep out of direct sunlight & store in a cool place
• avoid dropping
• keep away from cleaning products, harsh chemicals, perfume & make up
